About us

Conveniently located, within an hour’s drive of Melbourne and 30minutes from Melbourne Airport, on the edge of the Wombat State Forest is Shibui Morgan’s. Our Morgan’s enjoy,  40 acres of pasture, with access to Spring Water and natural bush corridors.

Our mares have been carefully selected and purchased over a number of years. We have put together some of the best bloodlines in Australia and New Zealand. Concentrating on movement, size and temperament, all the girls are educated and ridden. Our breeding program emphasises athletic ability, a pleasure action and versatility with sound conformation and mind.

Our first colt Shibui All Black (Mt Tawonga King x Tui’s Diana's Song) "Elton" is just 6 months old, until we decide if he is a potential sire, I have selected the best of stallions across Australia for our mares.

Fernleigh Creek Tealle (Mt Tawonga King x Myross Morgans Hine) Pure Morgan Black (26/10/05). Tealle was runner up for the 2010 Morgan Versatility Challenge, which demonstrates her abilities at such a young age. Tealle, and Debbie Ros, performed a stunning winning Novice Dressage to Music and Novice Dressage test routine at the 2010 Show. She has been successful at HRACV Dressage and a regular at Bullengarook Adult Riders Club

Tuis Diana's  Song ( NZ ) ( JMF Royal Secret x JMF Beam Song) Pure Morgan Black /Brown ( 26/10/05) Tui our resident Kiwi has temperament and movement to die for. Her first foal a colt Shibui All Black , has not let us down. She is currently in foal to RanchBoss Cortez and due in January.

Wilga Park Chambourcin ( Ranchboss Cortez x Mt Tawonga Natasha ) Pure Morgan Black ( 22/1/08) Champy is ready to be backed this year and this is the one I can’t wait to ride. Her intelligence oozes, and her movement is strong. Watch out for her foals!

Red Bluff Tequila ( Marvelous Encore x Mt Tawonga Miss Mary ) Pure Morgan Black ( 9/11/08) Tequila is from the, most famous of Morgans mares in Australia, Miss Mary whose foals include Red Bluff Mesmeric, Red Bluff Tatiana, and Mt Tawonga Tarraji. At 2 years she displays an unflappable temperament and wins the hearts of many

Red Bluff Onyx ( Marvelous Encore x Rockview Liberty Belle ) Part Bred Morgan Black ( 4/1/03) Onyx was my first ever Morgan and has been a delight, She is expecting her first foal to RanchBoss Cortez in October and we are all very excited about this one.
